With support from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Fossil Energy, the United States Energy Association commissioned a study produced by Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy on shale gas policies in China. The study, entitled “Meeting China’s Shale Gas Goals”, was authored by David Sandalow, Jingchao Wu, Qing Yang, Anders Hove and Junda Lin and released on September 11, 2014. The study is based on several dozen interviews conducted by the team led by Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy.
