Molly is a dedicated scientist and engineer with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program, part of the Office of Groundwater and Drinking Water in the Office of Water. With over a decade of experience in environmental regulations, she has spent the last seven years focusing on Class VI wells with the EPA’s UIC Program. Currently, Molly serves as the UIC Direct Implementation Team Lead at EPA headquarters, where she collaborates with EPA’s 10 Regions to facilitate effective permitting of geologic sequestration injection wells nationwide, ensuring the protection of underground drinking water sources. Her educational foundation is in geophysics and civil engineering, with a specialization in environmental and water resources engineering.

Mr. Matthew H. Wallace is a Vice President with Advanced Resources International, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in energy and environmental consulting, with the last 12 years focused on enhanced oil recovery (CO2 EOR), and CO2 capture, transportation, and storage.

Mr. Wallace provides project management and technical analysis for developing large-scale commercial carbon storage projects, including subsurface characterization, project design, and permitting. He also conducts subsurface modeling, reservoir characterization, and resource assessment of potential enhance oil recovery and carbon storage assets. Mr. Wallace is the primary administrator of several techno-economic models, including the ARI CO2 PROPHET Model and CO2 EOR Cost Model. Recent work includes resource characterization of natural gas supply and CCUS potential for the North Slope of Alaska, and resource characterization and economic analysis of CO2 EOR potential in Australia.

Mr. Wallace is a member of the National Capital Section of SPE and holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Studies from Washington & Lee University.
