Please review our policy regarding event cancellations and refunds:

• Cancellation & Refund Deadline: Written cancellation requests received up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the event date (or by the Friday preceding the event) will receive a full refund. Beyond this timeframe, venue and catering commitments are finalized, and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

• Registration Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague or designated representative at any time prior to the event's start at no additional charge. Please notify USEA in writing to ensure seamless check-in.

• Sponsorship & Charitable Contributions: As a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, USEA relies on the generous support of our industry sponsors to keep our events accessible and absorb unexpected fluctuations in attendance. If you are unable to attend and miss the cancellation window, you may request that your registration fee be converted into a tax-deductible contribution supporting USEA programs.
