Andrew is an experienced investor, finance professional and innovator at the intersection of energy and blockchain technology.

Andrew has 12 years of hedge fund and investment banking experience in multiple roles at Goldman Sachs (banking), Surveyor Capital and Steadfast Financial (equity investing), and Fortress Investment Group (credit investing). He has executed numerous bespoke transactions across various industries utilizing creative capital structures and investment terms.

Prior to forming DPO, Andrew acted as CFO of searCH4power LLC, a cryptocurrency mining operation focused around the use of flared gas as an energy source.

Andrew has been a guest lecturer at the University of Iowa on the topic of general finance, and has also guest lectured at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business on the relationship between cryptocurrency and energy.

Prior to his Wall Street career, Andrew spent four years as an enlisted active duty U.S. Marine, including several years at the Pentagon in a role requiring a Classified-Secret security clearance.

Jeanette Pablo

Pablo was previously the Director of Climate Equity at Clean Air Task Force and was General Counsel at the Energy Futures Initiative, a clean energy think tank founded by Ernest Moniz, the 13th Secretary of Energy. She was also a major contributor to EFI’s research and analysis portfolio for advancing clean energy technologies and deep decarbonization pathways. 

Pablo served as Senior Advisor and Acting Deputy Director for Energy Systems in the Office of Energy Policy and Systems Analysis at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). At DOE she oversaw analysis and policy related to energy systems and infrastructure, the electricity sector, North America energy policy and security, and critical materials. Pablo was Director of Federal Affairs & Senior Climate Advisor for PNM Resources from 2005-2015. Earlier in her career, she represented the Tennessee Valley Authority before Congress and the Executive Branch on energy and climate policy. And, she was an energy associate at the law firm of Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson, and Hand. 

Pablo is the lead director of the board of ESPX Global, a clean energy storage startup, board member and chair of the audit committee of the EFI Foundation, and co-founder & vice president of the board of Asian Americans in Energy, the Environment, and Commerce, an affinity organization.

Pablo holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, an M.A. in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia, where she focused on Soviet and East European Affairs.

    Tom Mapes is Founder and President of the Digital Energy Council, the first advocacy group solely focused on digital energy. Prior to establishing the Digital Energy Council, Tom developed and led the first mining focused government advocacy campaign at the federal level in the United States. 

    He also previously served at the Department of Energy as the Chief of Staff for International Affairs. In this role Tom was responsible for international energy coordination throughout the United States government. Prior to DOE, he spent several years on Capitol Hill serving several energy-focused members of congress.

    Chris Levesque is president and chief executive officer of TerraPower and also serves as a member of the TerraPower Board. He was appointed to that position in November 2018 after having served as president of TerraPower since 2015. Levesque leads this nuclear innovation company in the pursuit of next-generation nuclear energy solutions and also oversees TerraPower’s new venture into therapeutic medical isotopes. His proven track record in scoping, planning and implementing complex projects began with his service in the US Nuclear Navy and features more than thirty years of experience in the nuclear field.

    Prior to joining TerraPower, Levesque led major new reactor build efforts at both Westinghouse and AREVA, overseeing projects in both the US and Finland. Before his assignment in Finland, he led the formation of AREVA’s joint venture with Newport News Shipbuilding, AREVA Newport News, for which he served as chairman of the Board and president.

    Levesque has extensive experience with the nuclear industrial base and nuclear component manufacturing. Earlier in his career, Levesque served as the manager of engineering and manufacturing at Westinghouse’s Newington, New Hampshire, component manufacturing facility, and he has served in multiple management positions at two nuclear-capable shipyards. Levesque began his career as a nuclear submarine officer and served on both the USS Boise (SSN 764) and the USS Will Rogers (SSBN 659). On Boise, he supervised initial criticality and reactor startup testing, and qualified as chief engineer.

    Levesque holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a master of science in mechanical engineering and a naval engineer degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also serves on the board of the Nuclear Energy Institute.

    Dardis is a veteran energy industry lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing utilities, electric generation companies, and power and gas marketers, and serving in the federal government. He manages all legal affairs, corporate governance and corporate compliance for Constellation. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.

    Dardis joined Constellation in 2007 and has held various leadership roles within Exelon Corporation and Constellation leading large legal teams and advising senior management on key issues facing the company. His experience includes negotiating and closing transformative mergers and acquisitions, leading complex commercial transactions, successfully resolving government investigations, achieving market solutions to support clean energy production, and building best-in-class compliance programs.

    Prior to joining Constellation, he was legal advisor to Chairman Joseph Kelliher of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In that role, he advised the Chairman on the organized electric markets in the Eastern Interconnection, implementation of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and development of the agency’s enforcement program. Prior to his work at FERC, Dardis was an attorney in the Washington, D.C. offices of the law firms of Hunton & Williams LLP and Balch & Bingham LLP representing clients before FERC, U.S. courts of appeals and state utility commissions.

    Michelle Patron is Director of Sustainability Policy at Microsoft where she leads the company's policy efforts on sustainability and energy issues. She has two decades of unique experience forecasting energy markets for private investors and driving high impact energy, environmental, and foreign policy.

    Prior to joining Microsoft, Patron served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Energy and Climate at the National Security Council at the White House from 2013 to 2015. In that role she led efforts to design and execute groundbreaking energy and climate policy, including the historic climate deal with China. Prior to the White House, she was Senior Director at PIRA Energy Group, a private energy research firm in New York City. Earlier in her career, Patron worked at the Department of Energy, Deutsche Bank, the International Energy Agency and the Center for International Environmental Law, and served as energy attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. Patron holds a BA from Columbia University and a MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She has served as an expert commentator to CNBC, BBC, NPR, Fox, CBS, the Economist and the New York Times and written op-eds for Reuters, Foreign Affairs, the Financial Times and the Los Angeles Times. She has taught as an adjunct professor at New York University and is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
