Join us for a discussion of the Department of Energy's FECM’s Office of Carbon Management as Sarah Forbes and Mark de Figueiredo discuss the office's focus, projects, tools, and methods in US decarbonization efforts.  

This is the third in a series of five briefings meant to introduce Tribal communities to the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy & Carbon Management. This series is in response to consistent feedback from multiple tribal forums co-hosted by DOE and USEA, with the purpose of connecting tribal communities to DOE experts to:

1. empower the Tribes with fossil energy and carbon management resources to gain full access to available funding and incentive opportunities.

2. accelerate the Tribes’ pivot towards clean energy while developing their vast energy and carbon management potential.
