Working at National Load Despatch Centre (NLDC), Power System Operation Corporation Limited (POSOCO), as Senior General Manager. The POSOCO is the System Operator of the Country with one national and five regional Load Despatch Centres (LDCs).

Handled different functions at RLDCs and NLDCs such as System Operation viz Operational Planning, Real-Time Grid Operations, Operation Services, Management Information System, renewable integration, post-dispatch analysis, protection system, system security and restoration aspects  and Market Operation viz Regulatory Affairs, Energy Metering & Settlement system, Open Access. Has worked as Open Access Coordinator of NRLDC. Has also taken up responsibility as Reliability Coordinator of the Northern Region.

Has authored number of technical papers in National and International forums.
