Christopher Leigh is currently the Director and Chief of Information Security, Compliance and Networks at Eversource Energy.  In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of information security including threat and Risk Management, Policy and Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, NERC Critical Information Protection regulations and Incident Response.  Christopher has held similar roles at Consolidated Edison, United Technologies Corporation and is an adjunct professor at Central Connecticut State University.

Christopher was also a member of the United States Navy Reserves for 14 years.

Avangrid provides energy services in 24 states, from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine. The utility business, Avangrid Networks, combines the resources and expertise of eight electric and natural gas utilities with a rate base of $9.1 billion serving approximately 3.2 million customers in New York and New England. The renewables business, Avangrid Renewables, owns and operates approximately 7.1 GW of generation capacity, primarily through wind and solar, in 22 states and is one of the nation's largest producers of wind energy.

Felicia has more than 20 years’ experience in the utility business with positions including Avangrid Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Energy Supply Risk Manager, and Finance Manager. She was previously employed as a Regional Financial Manager for a large, international financial institution.

Felicia holds a Master Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a concentration in international finance, from Binghamton University, Binghamton, NY and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY. She also received a Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation from College for Financial Planning, Denver, CO.

Jason D. Christopher is the Principal Cyber Risk Advisor at the industrial cybersecurity company Dragos, Inc., where he blends innovative approaches for risk management with state-of-the-art technology and services across the company’s product catalogue. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and industrial control systems, Jason offers critical infrastructure expertise in developing successful cyber risk strategies.

Prior to Dragos, Jason held multiple roles in industry as an executive leader, researcher, regulator, and engineer. As CTO of Axio, a cyber risk management SaaS company, he pioneered new cyber risk techniques for clients to measure and address their risk exposure. He previously led security metrics R&D at the Electric Power Research Institute where he worked directly with utilities on actionable measurement capabilities. While working for the United States government, Mr. Christopher spearheaded the energy sector strategy for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework, the Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2), and was the technical lead for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards.

Jason continues to focus on developing cybersecurity standards & best practices for critical infrastructure. He is a Certified Instructor for the SANS Institute & often presents at leading ICS security conferences. He was awarded Cybersecurity Leader of the Year in 2019 by the Energy Sector Security Consortium.

This is an activity implemented by USEA, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as part of Power Africa.
