Request For Proposal - Digital Asset Inventory for the Electric Power Transmission System Operator of North Macedonia (MEPSO) and the Electric Power Distribution System Operator of Albania (OSHEE)

USEA  seeks proposals from qualified consultants to assist MEPSO, the national transmission system operator of North Macedonia, and OSHEE, the national electric power distribution system operator of Albania to develop a pilot digital asset inventory on a portion of their information technology (IT) networks. The consultant will assist MEPSO and OSHEE develop a digital asset inventory for no less than 250 devices on selected IT subnets.

Prior to joining ESS, Inc., Mr. McDermott was the Vice President Sales for Silver Spring Networks where he successfully led the company’s market-building presence and key partnership development for Smart Grid and Smart City business across the APAC region. As Global Head of Business Development at Better Place, Mr. McDermott created the world’s first smart charging commercial offering which leveraged networked electric vehicle charging infrastructure to provide dynamic load management and energy storage services to utilities, grid operators and energy traders. While at Silver Spring Networks, Mr. McDermott also served as a private sector member of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Energy and Energy Services Industry Trade Advisory Committee. Mr. McDermott is a Hokie from VA Tech where he earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering in Power Systems.

Vincent is also former Legislative Counsel to Congressman Bobby Rush, Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Energy. Vincent also served as Senior Federal Legislative Counsel with the American Bankers Association.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Dustin Meyer
