Nancy Li serves as Senior Program Coordinator for the U.S. Energy Association working on the Female Leaders in Energy (FLIE) program. The FLIE project is a cooperative partnership between USEA and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Energy Resources under the Asia EDGE Indo-Pacific Energy Market Investment and Modernization (EMIM) initiative. FLIE seeks to advance the professional development of early to mid-career level women working in energy sectors across Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Prior to joining USEA, Nancy served as an Associate Program Officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise where she implemented numerous projects across the Asia and Pacific region. Nancy holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
