Tim Reynolds is a manager of the Event Analysis and Situation Awareness team at WECC. Tim’s responsibilities include overseeing the WECC processes for Event Analysis, Situation Awareness, and ERO Certifications. He also serves in different liaison roles to various WECC and NERC Committees. Tim first came to WECC in 2012 as a Compliance Engineer. He later transitioned to the Operations Department as a Reliability Engineer to help with the assessment, tracking, and trending of Bulk Power System events and occurrences.

Tim began his career at PacifiCorp, working in different positions as an Area Planner, Metering Engineer, and Compliance Analyst. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.

Keith is the Deputy-Director of the Office of External Affairs’ State, International, and Public Affairs Division. Keith’s work focuses on engaging Tribal, state, and international officials and facilitating informational exchanges between FERC and its Tribal, state, and international counterparts. Prior to joining FERC, Keith worked for a private law firm, where he focused on environmental and open government litigation; a non-profit operating in the oil and gas sector; and completed a judicial clerkship. Keith received an LL.M. in Environmental and Energy Law from the George Washington University Law School and a J.D. from Seattle University. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Evergreen State College where he focused on marine ecology.

Brian Goldstein has over 35 years of experience financing various types of projects in the United States and internationally. Currently Brian is a Senior Consultant working for the Department of Energy Loan Programs Office as a member of the Carbon Management Team.

Prior to joining the DOE, Brian was a Senior Vice President and Head of the Project Finance Division at CoBank ACB where he directed the project finance activities of the bank throughout the US and its territories building the team over 6 years into one of the leading arranging banks in the project finance space. Before joining CoBank, Brian held senior finance positions including President of Greenwood Investors, a firm providing advisory and consulting services to project developers, Head of Project Finance for the Americas at BNP Paribas Securities, President of Structured Finance at Republic Financial, and senior positions at Bank of America, Banque Paribas, DnC Banking Corporation and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Brian has an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Rochester with majors in General Science (Geology/Biology) and Political Science .
