Tim Reynolds is a manager of the Event Analysis and Situation Awareness team at WECC. Tim’s responsibilities include overseeing the WECC processes for Event Analysis, Situation Awareness, and ERO Certifications. He also serves in different liaison roles to various WECC and NERC Committees. Tim first came to WECC in 2012 as a Compliance Engineer. He later transitioned to the Operations Department as a Reliability Engineer to help with the assessment, tracking, and trending of Bulk Power System events and occurrences.

Tim began his career at PacifiCorp, working in different positions as an Area Planner, Metering Engineer, and Compliance Analyst. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.

When not at work, Peter Heiman is the Vice President of Transmission Services for the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP), Desert Southwest, and Rocky Mountain Regions.

Before starting in his current role, Peter spent most of his career in Operations. He has worked over 20 years in various power system operations roles and over 15 years in nuclear power operations. After a successful career in operations, in 2019 he moved to his current position in Transmission Services where he is responsible for transmission planning and marketing of the Federal transmission projects in the WACM and WALC Balancing Authority areas.

When not at work, Peter enjoys woodworking and being outdoors hiking and camping.

Keith is the Deputy-Director of the Office of External Affairs’ State, International, and Public Affairs Division. Keith’s work focuses on engaging Tribal, state, and international officials and facilitating informational exchanges between FERC and its Tribal, state, and international counterparts. Prior to joining FERC, Keith worked for a private law firm, where he focused on environmental and open government litigation; a non-profit operating in the oil and gas sector; and completed a judicial clerkship. Keith received an LL.M. in Environmental and Energy Law from the George Washington University Law School and a J.D. from Seattle University. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Evergreen State College where he focused on marine ecology.
