USEA Names New Board of Directors, Executive Committee Members

Washington, DC—The United States Energy Association (USEA) announced the appointment of new members of their Board of Directors and Executive Committee at their Spring meeting held on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

“It's a true privilege to have such accomplished individuals join the USEA Board of Directors," stated Mark Menezes, USEA President & CEO. "We're eager to collaborate with them, along with our new Executive Committee members, harnessing their unique perspectives to further strengthen USEA's impact and uphold its enduring mission."

The new Board of Directors members:

  • Michelle Bloodworth is known for representing coal electricity and its supply chain before Congress, state and federal regulatory agencies, and the Administration and sets the association’s strategic agenda as President & CEO of America’s Power.
  • Paula Glover has 15 years of experience in the energy industry, working on both electric and natural gas distribution. Under her leadership as President of the Alliance to Save Energy, the organization has played an instrumental role in advancing sweeping energy policies such as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act as well as the Inflation Reduction Act.
  • Regina Mayor is recognized as a global thought leader on business transformation and key client issues across multiple sectors and geographies including ESG, decarbonization, change management, and energy and natural resources. As the Global Head of Clients & Markets for KPMG, she is the founder of the KPMG annual Global Energy Transformation Conference
