Majida Mourad is the founder of M2M Advisors, a leading voice in government relations and strategic planning for the energy industry.
Before launching M2M Advisors, Mourad was Senior Vice President of Government Relations for Tellurian, Inc. and Cheniere Energy, where she played a key role in securing the first US LNG export permit in the continental US. She was President of Abraham & Roetzel LLC and a Partner at The Abraham Group LLC, both founded by former Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham.
From January 2001 to February 2005, Mourad served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Energy, representing the Department of Energy at high-profile international events, including G-8 Energy Ministerial Conferences, the North American Initiative, the Liquefied Natural Gas Summit, the International Partnership for a Hydrogen Economy, and the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum.
Her career began on Capitol Hill working for Congressman Sonny Bono (R-CA) and his successor, Congresswoman Mary Bono (R-CA), then Senator Spencer Abraham (R-MI).
Mourad is a member of the board of directors of the United States Energy Association and the Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library.
