Keith Masil

Biography: 

Keith is the Deputy-Director of the Office of External Affairs’ State, International, and Public Affairs Division. Keith’s work focuses on engaging Tribal, state, and international officials and facilitating informational exchanges between FERC and its Tribal, state, and international counterparts. Prior to joining FERC, Keith worked for a private law firm, where he focused on environmental and open government litigation; a non-profit operating in the oil and gas sector; and completed a judicial clerkship. Keith received an LL.M. in Environmental and Energy Law from the George Washington University Law School and a J.D. from Seattle University. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Evergreen State College where he focused on marine ecology.
