The United States Energy Association (USEA) invites prospective organizations or individuals, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), to submit proposals for a project on the Development of Regulations for the Law for the Rational and Efficient Use of Energy in Honduras for the Secretary of Energy of Honduras. The RFP has been posted in both English and Spanish.
Proposals are due by 17:00 hours EST on November 29, 2024. Please submit all proposals with a read receipt to Mr. Peter Lorenz, Program Coordinator, [email protected]. Proposals must be in digital format (PDF).
