Biography: 

Beata Bialy serves as a Senior Consultant with the United States Energy Association (USEA), where she specializes in energy policy, strategic analysis, and high-level written content on U.S. and international energy issues. Her work includes policy research, analytical writing, and program support across a wide range of topics, including domestic and international coal, carbon capture, critical minerals, geothermal energy, grid reliability, artificial intelligence and electricity demand, and broader energy security challenges.

Beata has 13 years of experience in program coordination roles with USEA, where she has implemented U.S. government-funded energy programs, developed work plans and reports, coordinated high-level events, and worked closely with senior leadership, consultants, utilities, ministries, and international partners. Her experience combines policy analysis with practical program delivery across complex energy initiatives in Europe, Eurasia, and East Africa. She has supported energy sector engagement and program activities in Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, and Turkey, as well as Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, and Burundi.

Fluent in Polish, Beata holds a Master’s degree from Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, and a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Prior to joining USEA, she worked in cybersecurity business development with Knowledge Consulting Group.
