Paul N. Cicio has been the President of the Industrial Energy Consumers of America (IECA) since its founding twelve years ago.  IECA is recognized in Washington as the “voice of the industrial energy consumer” and testifies on energy and environmental issues before Congress and relevant regulatory agencies more than any other manufacturing based trade association in the country.  

IECA is a nonpartisan association of leading manufacturing companies with $1.1 trillion in annual revenues, 1.4 million employees and with more than 1000 facilities nationwide.  IECA membership represents a diverse set of industries including: commodity and specialty chemicals, plastics, steel, cement, paper, food processing, fertilizer, glass, pharmaceutical and aluminum.
