Brian Kearns serves as USEA's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.  In this capacity, Brian is responsible for all financial, human resources and office administration aspects.  Brian has served in this capacity since joining USEA in 1992.  Prior to joining USEA, Brian was an experienced audit manager with Arthur Andersen, a large international audit and consulting company.

Brian has been an active member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) since passing the CPA exam in 1984.  Brian graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B. S. degree in Accounting.  He is active in his community and volunteers his time with several institutions.
