Dr. Bonnie Marini has over 30 years of experience designing power plants and engines for a wide range of customers and applications. She started in the power industry designing power plant balance of plant systems.  Then, she moved to component design, designing steam turbines, and later led combined cycle developments.  Since joining Siemens in 2000, Dr. Marini managed the gas turbine design team, then became Head of the Casing and Transitions Department.  In her current role as Director of 60 Hz Product Line Marketing, Dr. Marini is responsible for defining the future portfolio for Siemens Energy Solutions combined cycle power plants.

Dr. Marini earned a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
