Steven has worked as counsel and arbitrator in arbitrations and in national and regional courts in matters involving the laws of jurisdictions in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the US as well as under bilateral and regional treaties.  His recent energy-related publications include “Trends in LNG Supply Contracts and Pricing Disputes in the Asia Pacific Region,” in Oil Gas and Energy Law (OGEL) 3 Liquified Natural Gas, “The adjustment phase in gas price reviews under long-term gas supply contracts” in Gas and LNG Price Arbitration, “Gas Supply Transactions and Disputes” in International Arbitration in the Energy Sector, “Destination Restrictions and Diversion Provisions in LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements” in The Guide to Energy Arbitrations, and “Energy Arbitration in Africa” in The Middle Eastern and African Arbitration Review.

Elena Ragazzi has been working at CNR-IRCrES (IRCrES, the Research Institute on Sustainable Economic Growth of the National Research Council of Italy) as a researcher since 1989. She is now a research-director and external professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin. She is the author of more than 250 works of applied economics and policy evaluation. She was project leader of several projects, both European and national, coordinating the action of numerous partners, integrating multidisciplinary working groups and mixed groups of researchers and professionals. She organized and chaired special sessions on impact assessment and counterfactual methods at international conferences.

Her research activity in recent years has focused on the theme of policy evaluation, including regulation for the power system and cybersecurity.
