Kris Koski is the director for the Professional Land Management concentration within the academic program for Energy Resource Management and Development. He joined the School of Energy Resources faculty in the fall of 2017, and became PLM Director in the summer of 2020. In addition to his teaching, Mr. Koski is Of Counsel at Long Reimer Winegar LLP where he focuses his legal practice primarily in the oil, gas and natural resource areas of the law. Prior to joining Long Reimer Winegar LLP as an associate in July of 2011, Mr. Koski was an associate at a Houston, Texas based law firm where he represented oil and gas operators in the drafting and production of Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions. He is a proud Wyoming native and has a deep understanding of the energy industry in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Tara Righetti joined the University of Wyoming College of Law faculty in the fall of 2014. Prior to that, she served as CEO and general counsel of a privately owned upstream oil and gas company with operations in six states and on the outer continental shelf. She is admitted to practice in Texas and California and is a Certified Professional Landman. Professor Righetti teaches classes related to oil and gas and commercial law. She also teaches the Natural Resources Field Practicum. Her research interests include split estate issues, royalty payments, subsurface trespass, and energy development on public land. Professor Righetti's research focuses on legal issues related to oil and gas regulation, land use, contracts, and development.

Mr. Rohan Seneviratne is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering and technology. He is a Fellow member of Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK and Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka and a Member of Engineers Australia.  He is an alumnus of University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and obtained his Electrical Degree in the year 1986. He also earned his Master of Business Administration degree Engineering and the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Technology from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka  and the Post Graduate Diploma in Electric Power Distribution Systems from University of Trondheim, Norway. 

He joined Ceylon Electricity Board which is the national  power utility in Sri Lanka in the year 1986 as an electrical engineer and served in many Divisions  of the CEB in different capacities and at present he serves as the Additional General Manager (Distribution Division 4) of the CEB.   He also function as the Project Committee Chairman of the Project for the deployment of LNG for the power generation in Sri Lanka. 

He is an active member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and served as the Chairman of the IET Sri Lanka Network and as a member of the South Asia Communities Committee of the IET.

Assistant Secretary Leonido “Bodie” Pulido is a lawyer by profession, a social entrepreneur and a pioneer in the electric vehicle industry in the Philippines. He co-founded the Electric Vehicle Expansion Enterprises, Inc. (EVEE-I), a social enterprise company seeking to expand the use and participation of Electric Vehicles in the public transportation industry in the Philippines and became its President from 2013 to 2016. He was also the Executive Director from 2014 to 2016 for the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP), a non-stock, non-profit organization advocating the use of e-vehicles in order to develop a transportation landscape that would mitigate climate change and aid in creating environmentally sustainable cities. Apart from working in the corporate world, he was also a co-host from 2010 to 2014 for the DZRJ 810 AM Equal Justice Radio Show that focuses on providing legal advice on various legal problems as well as providing legal perspective on issues with national significance.

At present, he is an Assistant Secretary for the Philippines’ Department of Energy and is presently supervising the Oil Industry Management Bureau (OIMB), the Energy Resource Development Bureau (ERDB) and the Field Offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Asec Pulido is also the Vice-chairman of the Philippine Exploration Contracting Round (PECR), the Department’s committee that supervises and prepares policies for the Upstream exploration of energy resources in the country.

Harry is a recognized authority on energy markets and forecasting. He leads a team of geologists, engineers, and economists to analyze North American and world natural gas and oil supply, transportation, and end use. Eric has been in gas industry since 1985, first with Gaz De France (GDF), thereafter Engie and today with Total.

Eric has spent most of his career in international business development, asset management and project, notably in Algeria, Russia, Ukraine, Caucasus; ha has been associated with India LNG industry development continuously since 2004. After initiating the first open access agreement to GDF LNG terminals in the early 2000, he became Gaz de France country representative in 2004 and was appointed as GDF nominee Director at Petronet LNG Board until 2017, participating actively to the creation of the first Indian LNG chain. In 2018, Eric joined Total and took part to the elaboration of Total partnership with Adani. Mr. Mathur is the Chairman of the Energy Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI) and a member of the Hydrocarbon Committee of The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.  He is also on the Governing Council of the Natural Gas Society.

Mr. Mathur started his career stint with GAIL and in his over 30 years in gas industry, he has steered many initiatives under different profiles of Marketing and Business Development areas. His assignments included Natural Gas Trading, Gas Transmission and marketing & other allied products within India & abroad.

He was also the Managing Director of Mahanagar Gas Ltd., Mumbai, a leading CGD company from 2014 to 2018. He co-ordinated the subgroup on Natural Gas sector in the preparation of the approach paper on natural gas for The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG). He was also associated with MoPNG in the formulation, structuring and drafting of National Gas Regulatory Board Bill.   

Presently he looks after Business Development, Corporate Affairs and Risk Management in GAIL. He is also Director on the Board of Directors of M/s China Gas Holdings Limited, Hong Kong, Bengal Gas Company Ltd., Kolkata, and GAIL Gas Limited, New Delhi.

He is spearheading the US-India Gas Task Force (GTF) as India Secretariat.
