Linda Apple is a senior advisor on Southern California Endison (SCE) Organizational Effectiveness team. In this capacity, she oversees the enterprise-wide Operational Excellence portfolio of transformational change management initiatives for process, technology, data accuracy and governance, and organizational restructuring initiatives. Linda also leads the digital acceleration OCM playbook for Agile projects throughout SCE. In addition to change management, Linda works with executives on aligning their organizational structures with strategy, considering the most appropriate structural frameworks to accomplish their objectives.

Prior to joining SCE, Linda was an external consultant to Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries and six utilities. Key focus areas included implementation strategy for major initiatives, strategy formulation and organizational restructuring, business process/ quality management and leadership development. Her work has led to achieving millions in cost reductions through improved efficiencies. She co-authored an executive development program on strategic alliances and partnerships for the Institute of Quality and Productivity Improvement, California State University Long Beach. Linda earned a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and holds certifications as a Prosci® Change Management Practitioner and Trainer and as a Performance Technologist. She was President of the Association for Talent Development-LA Chapter and featured speaker at national conferences.

Jaidev "Jay" Singh, PhD. is the Director of USAID's Center for Environment, Energy and Infrastructure - one of USAID's largest centers and a White House priority. Dr. Jay Singh, a career Foreign Service Officer, was the longest-serving USIAD/Azerbaijan Mission Director in Baku from July 2018 to July 2022. In Baku, in close collaboration with the U.S. Ambassador, he significantly enhanced an enduring partnership with Azerbaijan by increasing Azeri socio-economic independence from Russia, China and Iran towards the US and the EU. He pioneered a unique private sector and diplomatic engagement to focus on expanding US-Azerbaijan trade ties, increasing agricultural outputs and trade, supporting energy legislation while making women's economic empowerment a key focus of the mission.

Aurea was born in the Bukoba Region located in the northeast part of Tanzania in 1981. In 2008 she received a bachelor’s degree of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. She was employed as an electrical Engineer at Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited in 2009 which was as soon as she graduated. In October 2013 she was appointed to join the team of experts to coordinate the Tanzanian government's Big Results Now! (BRN). BRN was a transformational government program, which sought to deliver economic development and improve service delivery.

Aurea K Bigirwamungu, prior to completing her undergraduate studies was honored with a Master’s in Engineering Management and Master's in Nuclear Physics and Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam and Tomsk Polytechnic University respectively.

Representing not only expertise but more connection with different stakeholders, Aurea is a thorough lady who believes in hardworking with positive results. She is currently a Principal Research Engineer at Tanzania Electric Supply Utility overseeing opportunities available in energy innovations. She is also registered as a professional engineer under the Tanzania Registration Board (ERB) and the Institute of Engineer – Women Chapter.
