Trey Taylor
Trey Taylor co-founded Verdant Power, a New York-based company, in 2000. Previously, he founded the Interactive Marketing Institute working with AT&T, Oracle, Compaq, Kodiak, Deloitte & Touche, BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric Company), and Price Waterhouse World Utilities Group. Prior to that he held senior management positions at Edison Electric Institute, ITT Corporation, Ogilvy & Mather, and Procter & Gamble. He currently serves on the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee for the U.S. Department of Commerce and New York City’s Green Export Initiative Advisory Council. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Hydro Research Foundation, chaired the R&D Committee for the National Hydropower Association, helped charter the Ocean Renewable Energy Coalition, and is a founding member of the American Council on Renewable Energy.
