Keith Tracy has over 25 years of experience in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.  He was instrumental in Chaparral Energy’s development of multiple CO2-EOR projects, including development and operations of carbon capture equipment and CO2 pipelines.  Keith has law firm and in-house counsel experience and is a recognized expert on 45Q tax credits.
