Scott Fong is a Procurement Engineer for the California Department of General Services (DGS). Scott led a team to implement the Buy Clean California Act which recently came into effect July 1, 2022. Prior to joining DGS, Scott spent 19 years at Hewlett-Packard supporting the manufacturing of printers and networking equipment. Scott earned a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from the California State University, Sacramento.
