Dr. Alex Tanner is Cyclic Materials' Director of Sustainability & Government Affairs. In his role he oversees Cyclic's forward thinking strategy on global environmental impact & manages their engagement with local & federal government agencies. He has significant experience in technology development within cleantech industries, where he has focussed on overcoming the technical and environmental hurdles to scale up.

Alex began his career in research, focusing on developing novel technology in the hydrogen and solar space. He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from University College London and has published multiple research articles in high impact journals
