Stephanie DiRaddo joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2024 as an Earth scientist. She is a geoscientist focused on CO₂ sequestration and Environmental Protection Agency Class VI permitting, with 12 years of subsurface experience specializing in geocellular modeling, reservoir characterization, and large-scale field development. DiRaddo spent her early career focused on hydrocarbon exploration with SLB (formerly Schlumberger). Over the past 5 years, she has worked with industry partners to evaluate over 50 sites across the U.S. and abroad for geologic carbon storage feasibility. Most recently, she managed large-scale commercial field development of several CO₂ sequestration sites in the Midwest. She is originally from Pennsylvania, where she received her B.S. in geobiology (everything from geomicrobiology to vertebrate paleontology) at The Pennsylvania State University.
