Stephanie DiRaddo joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2024 as an Earth scientist. She is a geoscientist focused on CO₂ sequestration and geothermal resource characterization, with over a decade of subsurface experience specializing in geocellular modeling, reservoir characterization, and large-scale field development. DiRaddo spent her early career focused on hydrocarbon exploration with SLB (formerly Schlumberger). She works with industry and DOE partners to assess technical feasibility and commercial deployment opportunities for subsurface energy applications. Most recently, she managed large-scale commercial field development of several CO₂ sequestration sites in the Midwest. She is originally from Pennsylvania, where she received her B.S. in geobiology (everything from geomicrobiology to vertebrate paleontology) at The Pennsylvania State University.
