Florence Nuamah Agyei is the Director of Human Resources at the Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo). She is responsible for the strategic delivery of all human capital interventions to enable the organisation to meet its mandate. Florence joined GRIDCo from the Data Protection Commission where she consulted for the World Bank as their Director Human Resources, Finance and Administration. She has over 28 years extensive experience in HR and Organisational Development from the United Kingdom and Ghana having worked in various leadership roles in UK as Head of People and Organisational Development at the College of Policing, England and Wales among others.

She holds an MSc. Degree in HRM and LLM in Employment Law. She is also a chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a member of the British Psychological Society. She has recently qualified as ACMP certified.
