Kora Töpfer
Kora Töpfer is Head of German Public & Regulatory Affairs at the European Power Exchange EPEX SPOT in Paris. She represents EPEX SPOT towards public & regulatory stakeholders in the current policy debates. Her main focus lies on national and European electricity market design, market integration of renewable energies, and flexibility markets. Kora Töpfer joined EPEX SPOT in 2016. Previously, she worked for the German Ministry of Energy and for the environmental consultancy adelphi, in Berlin.
Kora Töpfer holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics (LSE) and completed the double degree program in Political Science at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (IEP) in Lille and the WWU University in Münster.
