Matt Kittell is a Senior Investment Officer with the Loan Programs Office’s carbon management team, where he conducts due diligence and underwriting on loans to large scale energy projects including Lake Charles Methanol, Monolith Materials, and future projects under the Carbon Dioxide Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (CIFIA). Matt has been with LPO for over ten years and in the clean energy and climate policy space for over twenty.
