Rosa N. Escobar is the Engineering Manager at LAGEO, S.A. de C.V., the only company that generates electricity through Geothermal Resources in El Salvador, Central America. Among the Key functions is the development and Management of all the Geothermal Projects, from design to construction and commissioning, which guarantees the maintenance of existing geothermal fields and the development of new fields in El Salvador. She is also in charge of developing low enthalpy projects, directly using geothermal energy for productive projects, such as coffee and cocoa drying. From the management position, the standards on industrial safety and respect for the environment are fundamental pillars for the successes of the projects; the company's environmental unit is also under her charge.

Architect, with studies in Business Administration and specialization in Geothermal, Rosa Escobar, has been supporting the constructive part for the optimizations and improvements of the existing fields Ahuachapán and Berlin, as well as the exploration and development of the new geothermal fields of San Vicente and Chinameca.

In 2019, she had the privilege of being awarded the “GEOTHERMAL LEADERSHIP MVP” award in Geolac, which is the most important geothermal congress for Latin America and the Caribbean and is held every year in different countries.

She is currently the ambassador for El Salvador for WING (women in geothermal energy), which has led to the increase of more women in this industry, and specific training has been developed for those employed in office and geothermal plants.

Within the geothermal company where she has been working for 21 years, she has been recognized for practicing the values ​​of Passion and Teamwork, two values ​​that are part of the values ​​of the company and that year after year the most representative employee is rewarded.

She has actively participated in the organization and realization of the Geothermal Diploma Course, which year after year is carried out in LAGEO with the support of the Icelandic government, as well as in the realization of short courses in Geothermal and Direct Uses of Geothermal Energy from which Latin American and Caribbean professionals participates.

Rob has more than 25 years of management experience in the telecom sector and currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Anterix.  In this role, he oversees the strategic direction of the firm’s efforts to enable private broadband connectivity for the critical infrastructure industry, leveraging Anterix’s 900 MHz spectrum.  Prior to Anterix, Rob served as the Chief Executive Officer of STI Brasil, LLC, where he focused on developing shared fiber infrastructure for wireless operators in Brazil.  Rob also served as Managing Director of Unison Site Management where he helped manage the selling of Unison’s site portfolio to American Tower. Prior to Unison, Rob served as Executive Vice President of IDT Telecom where he led corporate development, product management, and the wireless division. Earlier on in his career, Rob joined The Associated Group to launch Teligent, and served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, leading functions including strategy, capital markets, investor relations and M&A activities through the company’s launch, initial public offering, and sale to Liberty Media. Prior to Teligent, Rob served as Director of Corporate Development at Nextel where he was responsible for supporting key strategy, M&A, and capital markets initiatives, including the strategic investment in Nextel by Craig McCaw’s Eagle River in 1996. A native of Philadelphia, Rob holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from George Washington University’s School of Government & Business Affairs.

In 2014, the State of Wyoming formed a private/public partnership with utilities to construct and operate a one-of-a-kind carbon research facility at Basin Electric Power Cooperative's Dry Fork Power Station, the Wyoming Integrated Test Center (ITC).  Five years later, researchers are working on novel technologies to improve and commercialize carbon capture and utilization methods.  Wyoming's multi-faceted, technology driven approach is advancing not only efforts in the U.S., but how carbon can be effectively managed across the globe.

Jason Begger is the current Executive Director of the Wyoming Infrastructure Authority.  He was raised on a family ranch in eastern Montana and after graduating from college, he moved to Washington, DC, working for two members of Montana’s congressional delegation.  In Washington, he staffed the 2002 Farm Bill debate and later the Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee, focusing on Bureau of Reclamation water projects and Department of Energy Office of Fossil Energy funding.  In 2006, Jason accepted a position with the Petroleum Association of Wyoming, before becoming the Manager of Government affairs for Rio Tinto Energy America, which became Cloud Peak Energy. He started with the WIA in July 2015.   Jason has a BA in History from Montana State University – Billings and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.  Jason and his wife, Kristin, reside near Cheyenne, WY.

Alice Moy-Gonzalez leads the Utility market development as the Vice President of Strategic Development at Anterix. With over 19 years in the Solar, Smart Grid and Telecommunication industries, Alice displays an extreme passion in uncovering solutions that opens up innovation within the Utility industry enabled by wireless telecom technologies. Named a Fierce Wireless 2017 influential woman in startups, she has proven to be a role model in the industry, and also in the community which she lives launching and chairing interactive STEM experiences to elementary school families. Her journey started as an RF engineer and evolved into business, product and strategic development at: Sprint-Nextel, GE, Petra Solar, and Arcadian. Having the opportunity to work on the Smart Grid alphabet soup from AMI to VVO; and Smart Cities, developing intelligent street light control solutions along with NMS/EMS applications and SaaS models, Alice is extremely excited to put all the pieces together collaboratively with Critical Infrastructure as she works with to make grid modernization a reality, by developing a foundational platform which includes a robust telecom strategy, access to licensed spectrum, and the value of public-private partnerships.

Mr. O’Brien has served as Chief Executive Officer of Anterix since April 2018. He has also served as a member of Anterix's Board since April 2012, and as Vice Chairman from May 2014 to April 2018. In April 2018, Mr. O’Brien transitioned to serving as Anterix Chief Executive Officer. From January 2009 to present, Mr. O’Brien has served as an independent consultant to several wireless start-ups and until June 2017 served as a member of the board of directors of GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT).

As a co-founder and chairman of Nextel, Mr. O’Brien led the creation of the first all-digital nationwide wireless network (the Nextel National Network) and brought push-to-talk (“PTT”) communication to the mass business and consumer market. After the merger of Nextel with Sprint Corporation in 2004, he was a co-founder of Cyren Call Communications Corporation, where he served until January 2009. Mr. O’Brien was recognized in 1987 as New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year and was voted the RCR Person of the Year in 1993 and again in 2006. In 2005, he was inducted into the Washington, DC Business Hall of Fame, and in 2007 he was named a Fellow of the Radio Club of America and was named by Fierce Wireless as “one of the top U.S. wireless innovators of all time.”

In 2016, Mr. O’Brien was awarded the Armstrong Medal, the highest award of the Radio Club of America, for demonstrated excellence and lasting contributions to radio arts and sciences. Mr. O’Brien has also served on a number of boards of other public companies including Sprint and Williams Telecommunications. He also serves on the board of several private companies and charitable organizations. Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his law degree from Northwestern University.
