How much does it cost to attend the Showcase?

Attending the showcase as an observer is free, but securing a booth costs $750. If you want to attend the 2024 FECM/NETL Carbon Management Research Project Review Meeting, you will have to register separately.

What are the dates?

The showcase begin on August 5 at 4:00 PM followed by an opening reception. The showcase will then run from August 6-7 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and August 8 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Set up takes place August 5 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, and take down on August 8 from 1:00 – 5:00 PM.

What are the steps to register for a booth?

Email Crystal at [email protected] requesting a booth, and you will be sent an invoice that can be paid either by ACH or by check. Once you send out your payment, you can request choice of booth slot, and send us marketing materials (logo, a quick summary of your organization, etc.) for inclusion in our Showguide and your organization highlighted in our outreach efforts.

What is provided for booth presenters?
