Based in Danbury, CT, Neil currently serves as Head of Global Government Affairs for Linde, a leading global industrial gas and engineering company, overseeing all company government affairs activities including Linde offices in Berlin, Germany.  Prior to this role, Neil served in various government affairs capacities for industrial gas company Praxair, as well as United Technologies Corporation (now Raytheon Technologies). 

Neil holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a M.A. in Public Policy with Honors from Trinity College and has completed an executive fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy, College of William & Mary.
