Catherine is an Associate Director in Frontier’s Energy practice. Based in Paris, she advises European players across the value chain in electricity and gas. Catherine has significant experience on advising on network regulation and wider policy intervention, in the context of the low carbon transition. She is currently working with the European Commission on a number of policy issues linked to the deployment of low-carbon and renewable gases. She has also advised several European gas infrastructure operators on national policy options to support the deployment of green hydrogen as well as the regulation of future hydrogen infrastructure.
