In 2016, Randy joined A-Plus Service (APWS) in a leadership role. In 2016, A-Plus was primarily located in the San Juan Basin. Today the company has offices in both the DJ and Permian Basins.

In 2021 Randy assumed the CEO leadership role of A-Plus Well Service.

Randy currently sits on the State Land Commissioner’s Advisory Board and he has been working with various group and legislators on the development of Federal funding for plugging orphaned wells.
