Virginia serves as an Engagement Specialist for the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE), Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC). The programs she supports oversee the scale up and deployment of domestic manufacturing capacity across the energy supply chains from batteries and critical minerals to manufacturing facilities and workforce expansion to supply chain analysis sand modeling.
