Mrs. Williams is the Supervisor of GIS at Coweta-Fayette EMC in Palmetto, GA USA. She has 28 years of experience in IT that began while enlisted in the U.S Navy.  After her service she worked for non-profits in IT support and transitioned into GIS in 2008.  Her 13 year of GIS experience has all been gained while at Coweta-Fayette EMC.  Jessica has led various projects covering GPS data collections and implementation of third-party GIS software.  She is currently leading the implementation of a new outage management system aimed at enhancing outage predictions and managed restoration efforts. Jessica holds a Certificate of GIS from the University of West Florida.
