John A. Kliem is the Executive Director of the Department of Navy (DON)’s Resilient Energy Program Office (REPO). In his role as Executive Director, Mr. Kliem oversees the planning, coordination and integration of energy resiliency projects at Navy Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) REPO. REPO is now working to enhance the DON’s energy security by developing resiliency and efficiency projects on Navy and Marine Corps Installations through third-party financing. Mr. Kliem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M. He earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in National Strategic Resources from The Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
