Biography: 

Nebojsa Jovic is a Principle Engineer with the Electricity Coordinating Center (EKC) in Belgrade, Serbia. He has a vast experience in transmission system modelling, steady-state and system stability analyses, real-time power system operation and control, creation of emergency procedures (system defense plans and restoration plans) for Transmission System Operators, and grid code requirements and compliance. Within EKC he has worked on significant number of power system studies in the region of Southeast Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Eastern Africa and Central Asia. He also spent three years as a dispatcher in a regional security and balancing coordination center for South-East Europe. He graduated as Electrical Engineer in 2003 in the Faculty for electrical engineering in Belgrade and has a Master degree.
