Regina Mayor serves as the National Sector Leader for Energy, Natural Resources and Chemicals and as the Americas Oil and Gas Leader. In both capacities, she assists to determine the strategy an investment for the firm to better serve the Energy industry as well as optimizes the delivery of our services nationally. She also serves as the global lead partner for several of KPMG’s relationships with key Energy clients.

Regina has over 25 years experience delivering large scale business and technology changes to major oil companies around the world. She has provided advisory services across the entire oil and gas value chain from wellhead to retail. Senior executives within the industry frequently seek her advice and guidance on trends and opportunities.

Regina Co-chaired the KPMG Global Energy Conference, May 2016 and Chairperson of the Global Refining Strategies, Emerging Markets Focus Day, October 2010.

She was an Adjunct Professor at Rice University teaching a class on Energy Strategy for executive MBA students. Regina was the VP of Marketing and Strategic Planning for Capgemini in the U.S. and in this capacity reduced costs and rolled out a new branding strategy.

Regina was a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve (and interned with SHAPE and the Pentagon).
