Scott A. Schriner, PE, CCM, LEED Green Associate is a Senior Project Manager with Gannett Fleming, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to his work on the study on Opportunities to Use Natural Gas and Propane as a Transportation Fuel in Pennsylvania, Scott has been an integral part of eight recent CNG projects in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. Additionally, Scott handles project management and contract administration for Gannett Fleming, including conducting construction management and inspection, regular site visits to active projects and building relationships with clients. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and a master of science in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Scott is also a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, the Army Engineer Association, the Construction Management Association of America and the U.S. Green Building Council.
