Biography: 

Tanvi Madhusudanan is a Country Manager for the Indo-Pacific Region at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). In this role, she is responsible for business development and project preparation, management and supervision of USTDA activities in the region, with a focus on the energy and water and environment sectors.

Before her current role as a Country Manager, Ms. Madhusudanan was a Research Analyst for the Indo-Pacific team at USTDA. Prior to USTDA, she has served in various positions in the international development space including as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Moldova, where she taught English and helped develop a student-centered English language curriculum, and the U.S. Department of State.

Ms. Madhusudanan holds an M.A. in International Affairs and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in International Relations and Psychology from Knox College.
