Energy cooperation top goal during Baltic Summit in Washington, USEA chief says

Washington, D.C. —Today in Washington, the presidents of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will meet with President Donald Trump and leaders of the business community for the Baltic Summit where they will discuss cooperation across sectors, including the energy sector.

First U.S. LNG cargos head to India, a game changer for global energy security, USEA chief says

Houston— Today, USEA-member Cheniere Energy Inc. will send its first shipment of U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) to India through its Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Louisiana.

October 24 was a historic day for the partnership between the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Energy Association (USEA). 

After 16 years, and as planned, we brought the Southeast Europe Cooperation Initiative Transmission System Planning Project (SECI) to completion and turned over the region’s transmission system management to the European Network of Transmission System Operators of Electricity (ENTSO-E).
