An Appalachian petrochemical and manufacturing renaissance, driven by abundant energy resources within the region, is underway. This meeting, hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Fossil Energy, and supported by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of Rural Development, the Small Business Administration, and the United States Energy Association, will provide a Forum to inform small and rural businesses on how to access capital through Federal programs.

Recognizing that boosting production of all sources of energy is essential to America’s National Security and Economic Prosperity, participation will include but is not limited to small, local businesses in Appalachia that support the Natural Gas, Oil, Coal, Nuclear, and Renewables Industries.
