Doug currently serves as Manager, Midstream Asset Integrity and Regulatory Compliance for Phillips 66 and Vice President of subsidiary company Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC. He has 30 years in the energy industry and has held various positions including project management, logistics services, and operations management throughout his career. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Doug is active in various API midstream committees and co-chaired the technology and cyber chapter of the 2019 NPC Midstream infrastructure study.
