Jorge Esteban Tobón Villa is an electrical engineer from Universidad Nacional (2004) and Master in Automation Control (2013) from the same university. He is currently working as Operation Planning Specialist at XM SA ESP. He has 17 years of experience in planning, operation and control of power systems. In XM he has participated as user leader in several projects, such as Operational Safety, Advanced Situational Awareness, Online Safety Analysis, Multisite Operation, Technological Improvement of Operation Coordination, Load Forecasts and Generation Forecasts.
