Currently serving as the Project Management Office (PMO) Director at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Andrew oversees major initiatives aimed at advancing the nation's energy infrastructure. His role includes strategic planning, project execution, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Before joining the DOE, Andrew held several key positions at notable organizations. At Jacobs, he worked as a Project Manager, leading engineering teams on large-scale infrastructure projects. His tenure at URS Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer involved managing complex environmental remediation projects, showcasing his expertise in environmental engineering and regulatory compliance. 

Andrew's career also includes significant contributions at Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc., where he served as a Project Engineer, gaining valuable experience in environmental consulting and project management. His technical proficiency is complemented by a strong foundation in civil engineering, as evidenced by his early career roles at companies like Malcolm Pirnie, Inc.
