Anthony Bitonti
Anthony Bitonti currently serves as Senior Program Coordinator for USEA’s activities in Europe and Eurasia. In this capacity, he assists the Program Manager in implementing activities under the Just and Secure Energy Transition (JSET). He is currently responsible for bilateral activities in Europe and Eurasia and is responsible for the development of fiscal year workplans, budgets, and the development and organization of international and domestic activities.
Anthony has over thirty years of experience developing and administering international capacity building energy programs with U.S. government agencies including the U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Trade Development Agency in promoting international energy security. He has coordinated numerous orientation visits, reverse trade missions, workshops, briefings, and conferences for senior energy executives both in the U.S. and overseas. Anthony also works on the JSET Cyber Security Program assisting Europe and Eurasia in strengthening their cyber security critical infrastructure.
Anthony has significant international experience and has conducted programs throughout Eastern Europe, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey.
