Biography: 

Anthony Bitonti is a Program Manager at the United States Energy Association (USEA), supporting initiatives across Europe and Eurasia under the Just and Secure Energy Transition (JSET) program. He manages bilateral activities, develops annual workplans and budgets, and oversees the planning and execution of international and domestic events. He also contributes to the JSET Cybersecurity Program, helping regional partners strengthen the resilience of their critical energy infrastructure.

Anthony brings over 30 years of experience in designing and implementing international energy capacity-building programs in collaboration with U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Agency for International Development, Departments of Commerce, Energy, and State, and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. He has led numerous high-level orientation visits, reverse trade missions, workshops, and executive briefings for energy sector stakeholders both in the United States and abroad.

His extensive international experience includes managing programs in Eastern Europe, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey.
