Harry is an adviser with Shell’s Global Gas and LNG Market Development team, with a focus on the role of policy and regulation in gas and power markets. Based in Singapore, he covers regulatory affairs for several key markets in Asia Pacific and topics related to the energy transition.

He has worked in diverse international commercial and strategy capacities across the oil and gas value chain. Prior to joining Shell Harry was part of BG Group’s policy and corporate affairs team covering new entry markets and energy market reform.
