Laura Nereng has 27 years of experience with 3M, serving in various roles, including Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and New Business Development, and is now the Sustainability Leader for 3M’s Electronic and Energy Business Group.  In this role, the mission is to drive growth in the business group through Sustainability.  This includes collaborating across the business group and corporation to drive new growth by building a strong new product pipeline which has Sustainability differentiation, as well as facilitating operational improvements which enhance the energy and resource efficiency of the products we offer. 

Laura received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1988, and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in 2005.
