Zechariah is the Sustainability Program Manager in the Climate Office of the Oregon Department of Transportation. He joined the agency when the Climate Office was formed in 2020. He is responsible for implementing ODOT’s Sustainability Plan and recommendations from a recently-completed greenhouse gas inventory focused on agency maintenance and construction operations. Zechariah collaborates across ODOT divisions and with other state agencies with the goal of lowering ODOT’s operational emissions.
